These challenges were the change agent that inspired Yvette to seek new horizons. Yvette researched 3 in One Concepts (kinesiology). 24 years later, Yvette still uses kinesiology to detect stress in the body, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or any combination of these.
Yvette has also been practising Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for over 20 years (formally known as thought field therapy) and shows all of her clients to use this technique in their daily lives to manage their daily stress.

My personal journey – Yvette Miley
I managed a cafe for a year after leaving school before deciding to study engineering. After five years of problem-solving components, I felt a change was necessary and began exploring the sales industry. Shortly after however, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) as a result of having Glandular Fever as a child, I was told that my immune system was damaged for life.
Soon after, I had another life crisis. I was hit by a car whilst at a pedestrian crossing, with the walk sign in my favour. My body was thrown onto the moving car’s bonnet, then slammed back on to the road. The driver of the vehicle sped off – a hit and run. As a result of the accident, I suffered 6 months of short-term memory loss and was unable to work for 5 years, depleting my superannuation funds.
CFS combined with the emotional and physical pain caused by the accident contributed to my search for support. I tried pharmaceuticals and natural medicines before discovering kinesiology.
Kinesiology successfully enabled me to recover emotionally from CFS and the trauma of the car accident within a six-month period. This has created a passion to support others to achieve their goals with more confidence and energy levels.
I am passionate about supporting clients and my students to believe in themselves and realise that they have the ability to be MORE confident to enjoy achieving thier goals.
I have supported many students at June Daly Watkins Business College. I have also supported clients from international corporate organisations which include Deloitte, AMP, Cliftons and Triple M.
Confidence (Self-empowerment) is the key to happiness.
