Where did TFT originate?

Thought Field Therapy was developed by Dr. Roger Callahan. In 1991. It is a fringe psychological treatment that can help a variety of mental and physical ailments through specialised "tapping" with the fingers at meridian points on the upper body and hands.

Callahan states that the process can relieve a wide variety of problems including psychological trauma, phobias, anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, addictive urges, and depression.

What can it do for me?

TFT offers support until the next kinesiology sessions in moments of stress overwhelm. It is helpful when the body wants "daily help" until the next kinesiology session.

The client is able to experience some level of relief.
