If you are purchasing and/or making a booking on behalf of another person (including gift certificates), we highly recommend reviewing the disclaimer with the person(s) who will be engaging our services.
Due to legal requirements, failure to accept the terms and conditions of our disclaimer may result in your booking being forfeited.
As an international caller I take full responsibility to be mindful of my time zone difference and adjust my calendar if need be in order to be in synchronicity with Sydney Australia time zone.
It is my responsibility to add Yvette to my Skype contacts yvette.miley8889 prior to my session so that my session starts on time.
Full payment is required within 24 hours in order to secure your preferred booking date and time.
We accept payment via PayPal, direct deposit (bank transfer) and credit card over the phone (3% surcharge)
It is the client’s responsibility to contact a natural change to arrange a time for their session or psychic reading in person and failure to do so within the 6 months time frame will result in forfeiting the investment. All sessions and psychic readings in person or over the phone expire 6 months from payment date. This includes gift certificates too.
A Natural Change has a strict no refunds policy, including for missed appointments or workshops. Please choose carefully when purchasing and/or booking in for a workshop or an appointment.
Rescheduling an appointment
Appointments may be rescheduled given at least 48 hours notice.
To reschedule an appointment, please call Yvette directly on 0403 838 889 and quote the date and time of the original appointment you wish to reschedule.
Alcohol and recreational drugs
We strongly recommend refraining from consuming alcohol or taking recreational drugs for at least 5 days prior to an appointment.
Excessive intake will affect your energy and thus the quality of the session.
Compliance with Privacy Obligations
This Privacy Statement sets out the policy of A Natural Change with respect to the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of Personal Information about our clients. A Natural Change is bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in Schedule 3 of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (“the Act”). A copy of the National Privacy Principles may be obtained from the website of The Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner at www.privacy.gov.au. A Natural Change is dedicated to ensuring that personal and sensitive information is gathered with respect to the individual and aims to exercise the highest standard of care in preserving the privacy of information in all areas of operation. The information about individual health collected by A Natural Change is handled in compliance with applicable State and Territory health records legislation.
Collection of Personal and Sensitive Information
For the purposes of this Statement, “Personal Information” is characterised as being information or an opinion about an individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained from that information or opinion. “Sensitive information” means health information about an individual. The types of Personal Information generally collected by us include name, address, date of birth, mobile and telephone numbers, e-mail address, credit card or bank account details, occupation and employer, driver’s licence number and emergency contact details. Personal Information is also collected when individuals provide business cards or other documentation to us containing such Personal Information, including completion of a Client Agreement and a Health Questionnaire. Personal Information also includes information we collect in the course of providing services to individuals and external communications. The types of Sensitive Information generally collected by us include information relating to health issues that is necessary to properly advise clients about Kinesiology, EFT and Client Sessions. The types of health-related information include medical history, whether individuals are using medication, smoke or are pregnant and other health-related information. We will obtain specific consent in circumstances where it is necessary to collect sensitive information.
Use of Personal and Sensitive Information
Any Personal or Sensitive Information that we collect about individuals will be used and disclosed by us to provide the services required or otherwise to enable us to carry out our functions. A Natural Change will disclose personal information if it is under a legal requirement to do so (for example, under a court order, or if required under legislation), or if an authorised request is made from a law enforcement agency.’
