Kinesiology
What is Kinesiology?
In 1960 a chiropractor, Dr George Goodheart D.C, used muscle testing as a tool to evaluate muscle function, posture and general body imbalances. In 1970 another chiropractor, Dr Thie D.C, designed Kinesiology for the lay person. The word kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) means the study of motion. It relates to the muscles of the body & co-ordination. Kinesiology helps balance the body mentally, emotionally and structurally (physically).
Kinesiology is a very powerful tool to identify problems and correct imbalances in the following areas:
Physical Body
• aches and pains
Mental Body
• phobias
• dyslexia
• addictions
• exhaustion
• obsessions
• memory retention
Emotional Body
• anxiety
• depression
• low self esteem
• artistic blockages
• sports performance
• lack of self confidence
These blockages may be holding you back from the life you want to live. Your past determines your present state of mind. Your present attitudes determine your future.
Life is full of stressful events and Three in One Concepts (specialised form of kinesiology-Brain Testing) helps to manage stress to an acceptable level.
Factors that affect these stresses are our
internal (belief system) and external environment. This approach deals with “stress overwhelm” (dis-stress). It helps to restore a feeling of CHOICE in present time.

How does 3 in One Concepts (Kinesiology) work?
Kinesiology is a gentle and effective tool that is used to take the client back in their lifetime where the stresses first occurred. It is at these ages where the client is able to identify with what happened in the past. The event is just the catalyst for the emotional pattern that resurfaces in present time when under stress. The past emotional stress is acknowledged and cleared { utilising specialised techniques with Yvette’s guidance). The client is able to make new choices. This rewarding opportunity gives a new view on life.
However if stress is ignored, it may produce a physical, emotional or mental state that causes self sabotaging behaviour.
Kinesiology works on the principle in order to achieve a desired state it firstly needs to be recognised (through accessing the belief system-Brain Testing), acknowledged and finally rebalanced (Reprogramming).
Muscle Testing
Muscle Testing is a light gentle pressure on a selected muscle. It is used to determine whether or not energy imbalances are present.
Brain Testing
Brain Testing, accesses our belief system, and helps reduce self sabotaging behaviour, which prevents us from achieving our wants in life..
Let us now imagine a computer system with the following:
• The keyboard-is our conscious mind (logical thinking) in the front part of our brain.
• The hard drive is our subconscious (belief system) is stored in the back part of our brain
Throughout our lives information is typed in using the keyboard and processed into the computer’s hard drive.
This hard drive has been programmed based on our emotional state of mind. From an early age we have reacted in certain situations and thus the belief system is formed. The first 7 years of our lives is crucial in developing our belief system.
As individuals we subconsciously establish what we believe we deserve in our lives. All the motivational books in the world are of little value if we really believe we do not deserve it. We begin with optimism whilst reading and eventually slide back into our old patterns with the stress of daily life.
Ever wondered why?
Our Belief System
Our Belief System is the KEY. We make decisions based on emotions.
• Why do you think, statistics state 85% of people are in financial debt?
• Buying is emotional.
• How many times have we bought something new on credit and then at home decided we didn’t really need nor want it?
• Or eaten - junk food and feel guilty later?
Our logical mind may think it is in control but stresses causes us to “kick in" to auto-pilot and all logic works out the door. Thus EMOTIONAL REACTIONS occur.
Imagine the Brain as a computer
Step 1: Hard Drive-Subconscious
The hard drive - is our subconscious (belief system). Our belief system is based not on reality but on how we perceive reality. Sometimes situations in the present are misinterpreted by our internal reality which is based on our past perceptions. As a result conflicts in communication occur.
So we can access this by Brain Testing to find out what is stored to cause this stress.
Step 2: Retrieving the File-Acknowledging the Stresses
Acknowledgment, through Age Recession (going back through the ages) enables us to find out where this stress resides.
It allows an opportunity to clear emotional baggage. This means the event will always remain BUT with a lesser degree of emotional attachment.
Step 3: Deleting the File-Deleting the emotional attachments
3 in One Concepts specialises in techniques through Age Recession.
Step 4: Creating a NEW file = An Infusion into the subconscious
An Infusion (3 in One Concepts-specialised techniques) will allow a sense of clarity for present and future times.
These blockages may hold you back from the life you want to live. Your past has determined your present. Your present attitudes determine your future.

Tribute to Gordon Stokes founder of 3 in One Concepts: Died 13th August 2006
"Three In One Concepts is an educational corporation with the purpose of assisting individuals to integrate Body, Mind and Spirit. We make this integration possible through personal sessions and training programs throughout the world.
We use biofeedback ("muscle-testing") to identify and release the "negative emotional stress" stored in the body. Three in One Concepts does not focus on "problems" or symptoms. Our focus is on the CAUSE, not on the physical or emotional EFFECTS of stress. Since the System includes Age Recession, we assist to release stressors in both Present Time and at the Age of Cause.
The System is gentle, non-invasive and remarkably effective. Desired life changes - both physical and emotional - take place often in the first personal consultation and almost invariably by the third"
